We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. - Return Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories.
You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or email receipt).
- How to Initiate a Return

Our team will review your request and provide you with detailed return instructions and the return shipping address.
Package the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping service.
Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without prior authorization from us.
- Return Shipping Costs
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., received a damaged pan, wrong model, or defective product), we will cover 100% of the return shipping fees.
Customer Remorse / Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the product or ordered the wrong size, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- Refunds & Processing Time
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.
- Damaged or Missing Items Upon Delivery
